Gysi & Partner conducts negotiations for not guilty Holding AG in trademark litigation against Nature & Innovation International (SPRL)
On 27 November 2018, not guilty Holding entered into a settlement agreement with Nature & Innovation International (SPRL) to successfully prevent the cancellation of part of not guilty Holding AG’s IR trademark. In November 2017, Nature & Innovation International (SPRL) threatened not guilty Holding AG to have part of its international trademark cancelled. Gysi & Partner was then instructed by not guilty Holding AG to take appropriate measures to prevent the loss of rights.
