Notary’s office
We carry out all company law transactions requiring notarization (formations, capital increases, capital reductions, re-liberations, amendments to the articles of association, conversions, mergers, spin-offs, etc.) as well as marriage contracts, advance care directives, wills and inheritance contracts.
Notarization according to German law is also part of our service.
