On 5 January, 2018, HORISEN AG sold its Mobile Messaging division to the newly founded HORISEN Messaging AG. The buyer is LINK Mobility Group ASA (Norway), listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, one of Europe's leading providers of B2C mobile messaging and mobile services.
