Gysi & Partner advises Cable-Tec AG on the exit of a co-owner from the company
In September 2018, the Company's two shareholders signed a share purchase agreement, which was completed in October 2018. Gysi & Partner advised and supported the shareholders of Cable-Tec AG in the preparation, signing and execution of the share purchase agreement.
Gysi & Partner advises on all legal aspects of the share transfer as well as on the financing of the purchase price and drafts all related contracts.
