Gysi & Partner advises Cable-Tec AG on the separation between real estate and operating business
On 8 November 2018, the Cable-Tec Group completed the separation of its real estate business and its operating business. For this purpose, a holding company was established and Cable-Tec AG was transferred to the holding company as part of a quasi-merger. In a further step, Cable-Tec transferred the operational business to a newly founded company by means of a transfer of assets.
